Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using Viaja Bonita (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, do not use the Service.

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are not authorized to use the Service and must not access it.

Viaja Bonita is a digital travel planner that lets you organize, plan, and track the details of your trips. The Service offers a Basic plan (free) and a Premium plan (one-time payment per trip).

Viaja Bonita is not a travel agency.We do not make reservations, manage flights, hotels, tours, or any travel service on the user’s behalf. Reservations must be made directly with the corresponding providers.

The planner content — checklists, recommendations, estimated costs, best seasons, tips, and curiosities — is for guidance purposes only. It does not constitute professional medical, legal, immigration, financial, or travel advice.

The user is responsible for verifying all critical travel information — including passports, visas, immigration requirements, vaccines, permits, schedules, prices, availability, and airline, hotel, and activity policies — directly with official sources or providers before making any travel decision.

Permitted use: Viaja Bonita planners are for personal, non-commercial use only. The user may not resell, copy, distribute, mass-publish, sublicense, or create derivative works based on Viaja Bonita content without prior written authorization.

To use the Service you must create an account with a valid email address. Authentication is done via magic link: we send you an email with a temporary link each time you log in. We do not use passwords.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe someone accessed your account without authorization, write to us at hola@viajabonita.com and we will rotate your session.

Access to the Service depends on having access to the email address you registered with. If you lose access to that email, we cannot automatically recover your account. If you create trips with different email addresses, Viaja Bonita cannot automatically consolidate them.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, commit fraud, or abuse the Service.

The Basic plan lets you get started at no cost with limited features. The Premium plan is optional and unlocks the planner’s full functionality. Before sending you to checkout, we will display the total price applicable to your selection, including destination or package, number and type of travelers, and any available add-ons. If you decide not to purchase Premium, you can continue with the features available in Basic.

Continuous access:when Viaja Bonita refers to “permanent access” or “continuous access”, this means access while the Service remains available, the user’s account remains active, and these Terms are complied with. Viaja Bonita may modify, update, suspend, or withdraw features for technical, commercial, legal, or security reasons. Brief interruptions for maintenance do not entitle the user to a refund.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Infants aged 0–5 are always free. Payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc. Viaja Bonita does not store credit card data on its servers.

Refund policy: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchaseif the Service does not work as described and you have not accessed premium content. “Accessing premium content” means opening any premium tab, section, or checklist within the planner, as recorded in our server logs. Gifts that have already been redeemed may not be eligible for a refund except in cases of verified technical failure of the Service. If required by applicable law (e.g., EU Digital Content Directive), you may be entitled to a proportional price reduction where digital content does not conform to the contract. Duplicate purchases: if you accidentally purchase the same planner twice, contact us within 14 days for an automatic refund of the duplicate charge.

Chargebacks: we ask that you contact us at hola@viajabonita.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks on transactions that are not eligible for a refund under this policy may result in account suspension.

Loyalty discount: If you have already purchased a Premium planner for a destination and travel there again, you automatically receive a 50% discount on your next purchase. This benefit is applied at checkout without any additional code.

You can gift a planner to another person from the /regalo page. Before payment, we will indicate whether the gift covers one person, a full group, a specific destination or package, or a partial credit depending on the selected option. The recipient receives an email with access to their planner.

If the recipient adds more travelers, changes destination, adds a cart or options not included in the gift, they may need to pay the difference before activating Premium. Unclaimed gifts may be subject to the current refund policy; already-redeemed gifts are non-refundable except in cases of technical failure of the Service.

Some features allow creating planners with artificial intelligence. This content is offered as a planning aid and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Users must verify immigration requirements, documentation, health, safety, prices, schedules, reservations, and conditions with official sources or providers before traveling. Viaja Bonita does not guarantee that AI-generated content is complete, accurate, or suitable for each personal situation.

The Viaja Bonita affiliate and influencer program is a private, invitation-only program. Participation requires an explicit application or direct invitation from Viaja Bonita, admin approval, and acceptance of these terms before any referral code is activated. No code is issued automatically.

7.1 Eligible products and commission

Minimum audience requirement: 500,000 active followers on main platforms.

Commissions apply exclusively to direct sales of Viaja Bonita’s own digital products: destination planners, travel checklists, and bundles sold through viajabonita.com. Commission rates vary by tier:

• Starter — 20% of the net sale amount
• Silver — 25% of the net sale amount
• Gold — 30% of the net sale amount
• Commission percentage applies to the final price after any discount code is applied.

Tier assignment and commission rates are set by Viaja Bonita and communicated in the affiliate’s welcome email. Tier upgrades are granted manually based on performance.

7.2 Non-eligible revenue — explicit exclusions

The following revenue sources do NOT generate affiliate commissions under any circumstance, regardless of whether a referral cookie is present:

• Bookings, reservations, or purchases via Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, or any hotel platform
• Tours or experiences via GetYourGuide, Viator, Klook, or similar platforms
• Travel insurance or SIM cards via SafetyWing, Airalo, VisitorsCoverage, or similar
• Any third-party affiliate link embedded in Viaja Bonita planners
• Advertising, sponsored posts, flat-fee collaborations, or brand partnerships
• Any purchase where Viaja Bonita is itself earning an external affiliate commission

This rule exists because Viaja Bonita already earns a commission from those external platforms on your behalf. Paying a second commission on the same transaction would constitute double payment.

7.3 Cookie and attribution

When a visitor lands on viajabonita.com through your referral link (?ref=YOUR_CODE), a first-party cookie is set for 30 days. If the visitor completes an eligible purchase within that window, the sale is attributed to your code. Attribution is first-touch: the first referral code recorded in the visitor’s session is honored.

7.4 Validation period and payout

Commissions are initially recorded as pending. After the 14-day refund window closes without a cancellation or chargeback, the commission moves to approvedand is included in the next monthly payout batch.

Payouts are processed once per month, between the 1st and 15th of each calendar month, for commissions that reached approved status during the prior calendar month. The minimum cumulative payout threshold is USD 25.00. If your approved balance is below this amount at the end of a month, it carries over to the following month until the threshold is met.

Payments are processed via Stripe Connect. Before receiving payouts, you must complete Stripe’s identity verification (KYC) process as required by applicable law. Viaja Bonita does not store sensitive banking or tax information on its own servers; that information is held directly by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s privacy policy. If you need to update your payout method or Stripe account details, contact hola@viajabonita.com.

If a sale is refunded or reversed after a commission was paid (clawback), the corresponding amount will be deducted from your next payout. If your balance is insufficient to cover the clawback, the negative balance carries forward and is deducted from future earnings. If no further commissions are earned within 90 days of the clawback, Viaja Bonita reserves the right to invoice you for the outstanding amount.

7.5 Mandatory disclosure

All content created in connection with the Viaja Bonita affiliate program must clearly disclose the commercial relationship. Acceptable disclosures include: #ad, #publicidad, #patrocinado, #sponsored, or an explicit “paid partnership” label on the platform where the content is published. This requirement applies to all formats: posts, stories, reels, videos, podcasts, newsletters, and any other media. Failure to disclose may result in immediate suspension.

7.6 Prohibited conduct

The following actions result in immediate commission reversal and may lead to suspension:

• Self-referrals: using your own code to purchase for yourself, family members, or friends
• Fraudulent traffic: bots, click farms, paid clicks, or any artificial inflation of clicks
• False or misleading claims about Viaja Bonita products, pricing, or features
• Unauthorized discounts or prices not offered by Viaja Bonita
• Using the Viaja Bonita name or logo in ways that imply official partnership beyond what is agreed
• Spam: unsolicited mass emails, DMs, or comments containing your referral link
• Bidding on “Viaja Bonita” or any Viaja Bonita trademark as a keyword in paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, or any other paid channel) without prior written authorization
• Driving paid traffic — including retargeting campaigns — to generate affiliate commissions without prior written authorization
• Promoting Viaja Bonita through coupon, cashback, or deal aggregator sites without prior written authorization

7.7 Suspension and termination

Viaja Bonita reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate participation at any time, with or without notice, if any violation of these terms is detected or suspected. Suspension freezes new commission accrual but does not erase previously approved commissions. Approved commissions earned before suspension will be paid at the next cycle, subject to the minimum threshold.

7.8 Tax responsibility

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to commissions received under the laws of their country of residence. Viaja Bonita does not withhold taxes on behalf of affiliates. Depending on your location and annual earnings, you may be required to provide tax identification before receiving payouts above certain thresholds.

7.9 Terms version and acceptance

These affiliate terms are version 1.0, effective May 2026. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the current version of these terms. Viaja Bonita may update these terms with 14 days’ notice. Continued participation after that date implies acceptance of the updated terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, changes to commission rates or tier structures will be communicated with at least 30 days’ advance notice, separate from the general 14-day notice period for other term changes.

Note on terminology:Section 7 governs the Creator Program for active content creators with their own channel or audience. Section 8 governs the Affiliate / Publisher Program for blogs, newsletters, directories, and organic-traffic platforms. These are two distinct programs with independent rules and commission structures. The “affiliate links” referenced in Section 11 are a separate concept: they refer to third-party links (GetYourGuide, Viator, etc.) embedded within planner content, through which Viaja Bonita may receive an external commission.

7.10 Brand and intellectual property license

Viaja Bonita grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Viaja Bonita name and approved logo solely to identify yourself as a participant in the Creator or Affiliate / Publisher Program. You must not: (a) modify, distort, or alter the logo’s colors, proportions, or design in any way; (b) use the Viaja Bonita name or logo in a manner that implies sponsorship, partnership, or official endorsement beyond your participation in the program; or (c) register any domain name, social media handle, or business name that includes “Viaja Bonita” or any confusingly similar variation. This license terminates automatically and immediately upon your exit from the program for any reason.

7.11 Content review

Viaja Bonita reserves the right to review any content created in connection with the program and to request modifications or removal within 48 hours if the content is factually inaccurate, misleading, out of brand guidelines, or otherwise in violation of these Terms. Failure to comply within the stated period may result in commission reversal and program suspension.

7.12 Non-exclusivity

Your participation in the Viaja Bonita Creator or Affiliate / Publisher Program is non-exclusive. You may promote other products, services, or brands. However, you may not use Viaja Bonita brand assets, name, or materials within the same content used to simultaneously promote a competing travel planning or digital planner service.

7.13 Affiliate data access and confidentiality

As a program participant, you have access to a dashboard displaying your referral code’s performance metrics (clicks and attributed conversions). You may not share, export, redistribute, or commercially exploit this dashboard data. You may not attempt to access data belonging to other program participants. Upon termination of your participation, your dashboard access is revoked immediately. Viaja Bonita retains aggregate performance data for internal analysis. Individual-level data may be deleted within 30 days of program termination upon your written request.

7.14 Affiliate indemnification

As a condition of participation in the program, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Valentín López d/b/a Viaja Bonita, its successors, and assigns from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to: (a) content you create, publish, or distribute in connection with the program; (b) your breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation under these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

An Affiliate / Publisher is a person, page, blog, newsletter, digital community, directory, web tool, or platform that promotes Viaja Bonita through links, articles, guides, downloadable resources, or contextual placements. Unlike the Creator Program, no personal content creation or on-camera presence is required; value comes from traffic volume, search intent, and contextual link placement.

8.1 Commission tiers

Every approved Affiliate / Publisher enters as Affiliate Starter with a 10% commission. Commission may increase to 12% (Qualified) or 15% (Strategic) only through manual approval by administration based on alignment, traffic, and performance. The 15% tier is never assigned automatically.

• Affiliate Starter — 10% of the net sale amount
• Affiliate Qualified — 12% (manual approval only)
• Affiliate Strategic — 15% (manual approval only, never automatic)
• Custom Deal — negotiated rate, manual approval only

8.2 Eligible products

Affiliate / Publisher commissions apply exclusively to Viaja Bonita’s own digital products: destination planners, generic planners, family upgrades, digital bundles, and other proprietary products approved by administration.

8.3 Excluded revenue

Commissions do not apply to external affiliate or third-party revenue, including without limitation: Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, GetYourGuide, Viator, Klook, SafetyWing, Airalo, VisitorsCoverage, Amazon, Gelato, Printify, KAYAK, Priceline, Holafly, TravelInsurance.com, or any other external affiliate program or print-on-demand provider. This rule prevents double commission on revenue where Viaja Bonita already acts as an affiliate.

8.4 Approval requirements

Every Affiliate / Publisher application is reviewed before activation. Requirements: valid URL with visible content; relevant connection to travel, planning, family, organization, or lifestyle; no spam, misleading content, or fraudulent traffic; and explicit acceptance of these terms and the affiliate disclosure requirement.

8.5 Common provisions

The validation and retention period, payout policy, mandatory disclosure, prohibited conduct, suspension, and tax responsibility for the Affiliate / Publisher program follow the same rules established for the Creator Program (Sections 7.4 through 7.14, applied analogously).

8.6 Travel Agent Program (certified)

Travel agents with a valid certification —IATA, ARC, CLIA, or another recognized professional accreditation— may apply to the Travel Agent Program and receive a fixed 25% commissionon the net sale amount of Viaja Bonita's own digital products.

Certification requirement: when applying, the agent must provide the type and number of their certification. The administration verifies the certification before approving the account and issuing the code. If the number cannot be verified, is expired, or does not correspond to a valid accreditation, the application is rejected and no commission is assigned. Use of a false or third-party certification may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of accrued commissions.

Eligible products (8.2), excluded revenue (8.3), and the validation period, payouts, clawback, disclosure, prohibited conduct, and tax responsibility (Sections 7.4 through 7.14, applied analogously) apply equally to the Travel Agent Program.

Agent responsibility when sharing their code. Any agent who shares their referral code with clients —whether directly, through social media, promotional materials, or any other channel— is solely responsible for representing the product truthfully and completely to those clients. Viaja Bonita assumes no liability for statements, promises, or representations made by the agent that go beyond what is stated on the official website. Commission applies exclusively to completed, non-refunded sales; the agent may not guarantee travel outcomes or expand the product's coverage on behalf of Viaja Bonita. Violation of this clause may result in program suspension and forfeiture of accrued commissions.

All content in the Service — texts, designs, graphics, code, planner data, destination guides, images, and the Viaja Bonita brand — is the property of Viaja Bonita or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without written authorization.

Personal data you enter into your planner (names, dates, notes) remains yours. We grant you a limited license to use the Service to store and display that data.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Viaja Bonita be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

Liability cap:To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viaja Bonita’s total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you to Viaja Bonita in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD 50.00. This cap applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).

We are not responsible for changes to flights, hotels, theme parks, restaurants, or any third-party service mentioned in the planner. Always verify information directly with providers before traveling.

Service availability: we do not guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may perform maintenance, updates, or technical changes that temporarily affect access without prior notice.

Pricing and description errors: we reserve the right to correct errors in price, description, availability, or functionality at any time before confirming a purchase. If an error affects an already-completed purchase, we will contact you to resolve the situation.

External sites and services:Viaja Bonita may include or recommend links to external websites, providers, tours, hotels, insurance, products, or third-party services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their prices, availability, cancellation policies, service quality, errors, delays, or disputes. Purchases on external sites are subject to the corresponding provider’s terms.

User indemnification:You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Valentín López d/b/a Viaja Bonita from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Some links within the planner (for example to GetYourGuide, Viator, Klook) are affiliate links. If you purchase through them, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not influence our recommendations, which are based exclusively on editorial criteria.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance of material changes. Continued use of the Service after that date implies acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the State of Florida.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Viaja Bonita regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements.

Assignment: Viaja Bonita may assign or transfer these Terms or any of its rights hereunder without your consent. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Viaja Bonita.

Force Majeure: Viaja Bonita is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet or power outages, or third-party platform failures.

Waiver: Failure by Viaja Bonita to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver is effective unless made in writing by Viaja Bonita.
